Misaki…!
The next day, at the hospital
Where are you…
Room 302… Here…!

Misaki!

I'm so glad you're safe… And Kyotani-chan too…
More importantly, your… leg…
Oh, big brother!
It hadn't moved at all until now
Yeah, I wonder what it is
My right leg suddenly started moving

I don't know… That masked man was scary…
Is there some connection to that masked man…?
I know… Sorry for reminding you
Yeah, but… It looks like the Public Security Bureau is on the move, so I'm sure they'll catch him soon
He hasn't been caught yet, right…?

Excuse me for intruding.
Oh, Mitsuya-kun came with you too.
Yeah, Misaki-chan, it's been a while. I brought some apples.
I'll go peel them.
Thank you!

Sorry, Mitsuten.
It's partly my fault that Otsuten is always late coming home, so I thought I'd apologize...
Ah, you're right...
I'm just kidding.
I'm sorry!

Misaki-chan, please forgive me.
Well, Misaki, we're going to university, so we'll be going now.
Okay, come visit again tomorrow!
So why do you look so happy?

Tell me what happened already.
Yeah... I'm being targeted by some shady guy.
What!? That... you're not kidding, are you?
I'm serious.
Because of that, there are a lot of Public Security officers in this hospital.
Seriously...?

Why did you suddenly get involved in something like that?
That's what I want to write about.
Actually, that's not all...

What!?

What was that just now...!?
I misfired again... Ouch...
Touya, are you okay!?

Um... could you explain it to me first...?
What...!? That's...
That's a superpower!
Mitsuya, your voice is loud...

So you like that kind of thing?
I mean, I haven't been bitten by any weird bugs or been exposed to radiation, and...
I'm not a billionaire or a genius scientist, you know?
You're the one who likes it more, aren't you?
But from the looks of it just now, it seems like you can't use it at all?

I can use it when I want to, but it activates automatically when I don't want to...
That's fatal. Who knows about this power?
Probably just you, the public security guy, and the guy who attacked me.
I see... then...
I'll do something about it!
!

I'll think about it, so let's meet on the field again when the research is finished!
What do you mean, "what"?
N-nothing... Anyway, just cooperate!
...Anyway, just cooperate!
Huh... You seem pretty enthusiastic, don't you?
O-uh... Thanks.

So, what are we going to do?
Heh heh heh, this.

A rubber ball and a hard ball?
Yeah, whether it's superpowers or whatever, improvement comes from repetition.
I'll throw these two balls randomly, so catch the hard ball and pass through the rubber ball with the slit.
It's practice in making quick decisions and using your strength accordingly.
I see, that certainly seems like it would work...

I'm calling it... Hell's Thousand Catch & Slit!
The naming is not great...
