A new chapter begins here.
I'm Tanaka Kaname.
Tanaka Kaname, External Assistant (Newcomer). I still have a lot to learn, but I want to help in any way I can.
I'll assist you if anything comes up. Please follow my instructions obediently.
I look forward to working with you.

Yes!!
Yes!

The atmosphere softened a little later.
Wow. Energetic.
You all seem pretty stiff and tense.
Well, everyone's nervous, I guess.
The newcomers' posture is a little straighter than before.
And they're a little more comfortable responding than before.
They were pulled along by that girl's voice.

First of all, let me say this.
Today, you guys won't be fighting.
Question.
What is it?
How is this different from firefighter training?

I respect firefighting, self-defense, and medicine.
With that in mind,
Here, we're dealing with a "scene that's just starting to break down."
Scenes don't break down just from big explosions.
The sidewalk will be delayed.
Not enough hands.
It won't reach.
It will be overlooked.
The return route will be blocked.
The return route will be blocked.
When those small gaps pile up, people can't get home.

This is for securing the stretcher.
Just one missing piece slows down the transport speed.
One more person is needed to support the person.
That small gap clogs the wires.
Panic increases.
In other words.

What we're looking at today isn't "Can you fight?"
Can you notice before someone collapses?
Look first before you try to help.
...
Yes!!
...Ah
...Yeah. Good answer.

...Hey.

What?
Don't we feel like we're being watched?
What's with this atmosphere?
Isn't it a little creepy?
...I thought so too.
Are you embarrassed?
That's wrong.
It's wrong.
It definitely is.

What's wrong?
...
It feels like they're not all there.
Not all there?
The numbers... are correct.
I can't quite put it into words...
It feels like it's not properly finished.
Let's check.

...
...There's no confirmation tag for room 101.
There are two tags for room 102.
...?
Room 101 is unconfirmed.
Room 102 is marked as confirmed twice.

The numbers are correct.
The table is filled in.
According to the records, both room 101 and room 102 are confirmed.
...Wow
But...
Only the room,
No one has confirmed it.
It's subtly scary.

What if it's the real thing?
Even if someone is still in Room 101—
They might pass by assuming everyone has been checked.
Excuse me. I don't know the reason...

You can find out the reason later.
Even if it's just a feeling of unease before you can put it into words, report it on the spot.
Don't just assume it's your imagination.
...Yes.
So...
I sensed something was wrong from the text.

I don't know the song.
But for some reason, it bothers me.
I can't really explain it.
If it's something like that, I have plenty too.
Remember that.
Just because the numbers are correct doesn't mean that everyone has been confirmed.

Now, let's move on to the actual operation.
Eight refugees are trapped on the premises.

In this mansion—the first field mission begins.

I've finally made it to the first training chapter. I'm so happy!
Actually, this is my first submitted work. From the very first chapter (prologue),
there was a lot of information. The scenario was long. There were too many characters.
...It was quite a challenging start (laughs).
I had just started making manga, and I struggled with all sorts of problems, thinking, "I can't do this," and "That's not working." Before I knew it, the prologue alone had taken about a month and a half to produce 💦
So, I'm really happy that I've been able to reach this first training chapter.
I, who can't draw, have been able to give shape to a world that only existed in my head thanks to AI. There are still limitations, but I feel that joy every day.
I'm sure there are still many shortcomings and clumsy stories, but I would appreciate your warm support.
I would be happy if you would come back and read the rest. Thank you!
