The Cold Alpha's Secret Heart is a live-action romantasy short drama about Eleanor, who has been married for seven years to Lucian, an Alpha who never once marked her or wanted her as his Luna. When she finally gives up and decides to leave, she hears a voice behind her begging her not to go.
It turns out she can hear her cold husband's thoughts. Behind his icy face, Lucian has been longing for her touch all along, and he is afraid he will lose control and hurt her.
In the first episode Eleanor is packing to leave, and a voice tells her not to get in the car. It sounds just like Lucian's, but he is standing right there with the same cold look, saying nothing. She realises she can hear what he is thinking. The next morning she asks him to fetch a book from the top shelf, and hears him think, "Did you forget you have a husband to order around?" At a gala he walks past Serafina, the werewolf doctor who grew up with him, and takes Eleanor's hand instead.
The Wolf Moon is coming, and Serafina claims only she can help him. One night Lucian throws her out of his bedroom. Eleanor decides to step into that room herself and hear what else he is afraid to say.
